The Cheese Log is mixture of musings, information, and diary entries.  It tends to be chaotic and somewhat personal - a record of my daily life with cheese. Many of the notes were scribbled on napkins or typed in with sticky cheese fingers, often while sipping wine.  (I eventually had to throw my keyboard away because it was jammed up with cheese and spilled wine.)
